Soft erection is not rare among men

erectile dysfunction

Overview.

Soft erection often called erectile dysfunction or EDF is only known to a person who has it because he who suffers EDF seldom or never tells anyone maybe because it normal to him. He only knows when this happens along with the time of his age.

In a simple language, Erectile dysfunction is you don’t want to call it soft erection  is when you’re unable to get and maintain an erection and prevent premature ejaculation. If you have trouble with ED every once in a while, it’s probably nothing to worry about. But if it happens frequently or on a regular basis, it could be a sign of other health problems. A related term to impotent.

No matter how often you experience ED, it can affect your relationship and cause issues with self-esteem. But it’s also very common and, if you talk to your doctor, treatable.

Normally called an Old Man syndrome because it’s weak even if assisted with mechanism just like a very old man with a walking stick that cannot go fast or straight.

What Is Erectile Dysfunction (ED)? Erectile dysfunction is when you’re unable to get and maintain an erection before sex. In other words, you have a short live erection and premature ejaculation. If you have trouble with ED every once in a month, it’s probably nothing to worry about it. But if it happens frequently when you need it, it could be a sign of other health problems.

Soft erection symptoms.

Symptoms of ED include:

  • Erections that are too soft for sex.
  • Erections that don’t last long enough for sex or during sex.
  • An inability to get an erection.
  • Premature ejaculation

If you can’t get upkeep an erection that lasts or is rigid enough for sex, that is an indication that you have erectile dysfunction. That is not what you want.

The Mechanics of ED

You get an erection when blood fills two chambers known as the corpora cavernosa. This causes your penis to expand and stiffen, much like a balloon as it is filled with water. Impulses from the brain and genital nerves start the process. Anything that blocks these impulses or restricts blood flow to the penis can cause ED.

There are a lot of reasons you can get ED, from high blood pressure and diabetes to alcohol and drug use to a hormone imbalance. It could even be due to an injury to your penis, prostate, bladder, and pelvis.

But it’s not always physical. Psychological and emotional issues are sometimes to blame, as well. Stress, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem can cause ED. Even nervousness about how you perform sexually can make it happen.

Some medications may make getting an erection difficult, too. Your doctor can help you figure out what’s going on and how to solve it.

Causes of Soft erection:

Chronic Disease

The link between chronic disease and ED is most striking for diabetes. Men with diabetes are two to three times more likely to have soft erection or erectile dysfunction. And it could start as early as 10 years earlier. Blood sugar control can lower this risk. Any condition that affects the way blood flows through your body could also lead to ED. This includes but not limited to cardiovascular disease, atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), kidney disease, and multiple sclerosis.

Lifestyle

Lifestyle choices can contribute to ED. Smokers, heavy drinking, and the drug can damage the blood vessels and reduce blood flow to your penis. Being overweight and getting too little exercise also increase your odds. Studies show that men who exercise regularly have a lower risk of ED.

Surgery

Some surgery, treatments for prostate cancer, bladder cancer, or BPH, can sometimes damage nerves and blood vessels near your penis. If the nerve damage is permanent, you’ll need some kind of treatment to get an erection. Surgery can also cause temporary ED that gets better on its own after a few months.

Medication

ED may be a side effect of medication, including certain blood pressure drugs and antidepressants. Talk to your doctor if you think a prescription

Psychological

If you’re older, there’s probably a physical reason for your ED. But the causes can be in your head, too. Experts say ED occurs when you are stressed, have depression, low self-esteem, and work performance anxiety.

ED and Bicycling

Research suggests that avid bikers are more likely to get ED than other athletes. Some bicycle seats put pressure on the perineum, an area between the anus and scrotum full of arteries and nerves vital to sexual arousal. Avoid biking for lengthy periods including in the gym.

Diagnosing ED

Physical exam whereby

The doctor will ask about your symptoms and medical history. They’ll do a complete physical exam to look for signs like poor circulation or nerve trouble around the penis area. They’ll also check physically for problems in your genital area that could cause trouble with erections.

Lab Tests

The blood sample is taken for analysis for blood cell counts, blood sugar levels, cholesterol levels, and liver tests can reveal medical conditions that play a role in ED.

ED: A Sign of Heart Disease?

In some cases, ED can be a warning sign of a more serious disease with you. Some studies suggest it can predict prevailing heart attack, stroke, and even death from cardiovascular disease. If you’re diagnosed with ED, get checked for cardiovascular disease.

Treatment for ED

Every situation is different, so your doctor will focus on the specific condition that could be causing your ED. Your treatment could include:

Medications.

There are several different ED medicines that can help produce an erection, such as avanafil (Stendra), sildenafil 🔥(Viagra), tadalafil 🔥 (Cialis), and vardenafil (Levitra). These medications work the same way: they relax smooth muscle and allow increased blood flow into the penis. Testosterone replacement and medications injected directly into your penis to help with erection are also common.

If you ever worry you can’t last long enough to give your lover the deep satisfaction she craves…

If your libido has faded over the years, and you no longer feel that “animal lust” you’re supposed to feel when you’re with a beautiful woman…soft erection

Then you need to stop whatever you’re doing right now.

Lifestyle Changes

You can improve your sex life with some lifestyle changes. This includes giving up the smoking habit, try to lose your weight, and exercising regularly to help better blood flow. If you suspect your medication could be to blame, talk to your doctor about adjusting the dosage, or switching to another drug.

Oral Medications

You’ve probably heard of sildenafil (Viagra), but it isn’t the only pill for ED. This class of drugs also includes avanafil (Stendra), tadalafil (Cialis), and vardenafil (Levitra, Staxyn). All work by improving blood flow to the penis during arousal. They’re generally taken 30-60 minutes before sexual activity and should not be used more than once a day. You can take tadalafil up to 36 hours before sexual activity. It also comes in a lower, daily dose. All require an OK from your doctor first for safety.

Injections

Pills are an easy way to treat ED, but you might get a stronger erection from injecting medication directly into your penis. That’s because these drugs widen your blood vessels so your penis fills with blood. Another option: A medicated pellet that you put into the opening at the end of your penis. The pellet can trigger an erection within 10 minutes.

Vacuum Devices (Pumps)

Vacuum devices for ED, also called pumps, offer an alternative treatment to medication. You’ll place your penis inside a cylinder and use a pump to draw the air out. This creates a partial vacuum around your penis, which causes it to fill with blood and leads to an erection. You’ll need to wear an elastic band around the base of your penis to keep the erection while you have sex.

Surgery

If ED comes from a blocked artery leading to the penis, surgery can restore blood flow. The procedure usually works best on men under 30. Doctors don’t recommend it for older men with widespread narrowing of the arteries.

Implants

If you have long-term ED, a penile implant could help you have sex again. An inflatable implant uses two cylinders you can pump full of pressurized fluid. A malleable implant uses rods that let you adjust the position of your penis.

Psychotherapy

Even when ED has a physical cause, psychotherapy can help. A therapist can teach the man and his partner techniques to reduce performance anxiety and improve intimacy. Therapy can also help couples adjust to the use of vacuum devices and implants.

Guide to ED.

Poor sex drive

Men can have several types of issues including poor sex drive and problems with ejaculation. But ED refers specifically to getting or keeping up an erection. You might have a healthy sex drive, but a body that won’t respond as you want. Most of the time there is a physical basis for the problem.

Who Gets ED?

Soft erection become more common as you get older. It starts from as young as 40 years old.  Smoking from an early age increases the risk to get ED. This doesn’t mean growing older is the end of your sex life. Medical doctors can treat ED no matter your age limit. Age isn’t the only cause. Type 2 diabetes, obesity, smoking, and high blood pressure all make it more likely. It is advisable to have early treatment the earlier you know that you have the problem in erection or have erectile dysfunction

Buyer Beware

A quick web search will reveal dozens of “dietary supplements” that claim to treat ED. But the FDA warns that many of these are not what they seem. These pills often contain prescription drugs not listed on the label, including the active ingredient in sildenafil (Viagra). This can cause problems if the medication interacts with something else you take.

ED: Lowering Your Risk

These simple things can help lower your ED:

  • Exercise and maintain a healthy weight.
  • Stop smoking.
  • Avoid alcohol and substance abuse.
  • Keep diabetes under control.

Discussing ED With Your Partner

Though you’re the one with ED, your partner is also affected. Talking openly about ED will help your partner understand the diagnosis and treatment options. This can reassure them that you haven’t lost interest.

More Online Training to upgrade your Skill

More online training here

More online Training is a way to grade a worker’s skill and competency to suit his or her worksite job description. Workers must be trained if possible to become multi-skill by the employer because they are the cash cows for the company. Training a person in multiple skills is considered cheap if you want to reduce your workforce to save on operating costs. I knew this because I was a trainer for frontline operators in oil and gas for 11 years from the construction yard to the field.

2018 Is Going To Be Amazing

2018

2017 Was A Great Year

I look back with thankfulness on 2017. A year where my online business grew like crazy! I even can do this work fulltime now! I am really thankful for that! Besides my Youtube channel I created some courses for Udemy, started creating Dutch courses and together with my wife we had quite some weddings were we did photography or videography. It was a great year! It was the best year so far!

What will happen in 2018

I always love to have a new start. Every 1th of the month I say to my wife: ‘Guess what honey: Today is a new start!’ I say it every month, on my birthday, every 1th of January. And it is almost so far. 2018 is not far away anymore!

I am so excited about it! I want to focus more on the things I love to do! And that is educating people through the internet! Technically I am even teaching people things while I am asleep. I love that idea!

I mainly want to focus on my Youtube channel Ferdy Korpershoek and besides that have some Dutch courses about Photography, being an online entrepreneur, creating your first course.

With my Youtube channel I want to upload more tutorials, give more value and have fun while I am doing it! Right now I love this!

Personal life

In my personal life I would love to be able to buy a house. Not pay it 100% but get a mortgage. Because my wife and I have a company that is not that old it is hard to get a mortgage. So I want to save a lot of money and start looking around for houses in Maassluis, where we live.

I also want to enjoy life more! 2017 was about working and paying bills. Then we saved a bit, and then the next bill came. That is why we did not go on vacation last summer. To be honest our life is quite a vacation, but it can be lovely to leave the country for a week and just enjoy life in a different way. No laptop, no phone.

In february we will go to the Canary Islands! I am looking forward to that! It wil be an amazing time to spend a lot of time together, leave our work in the Netherlands and just enjoy everything!

Wrap Up

Just live a life!
